Killiney Pavilion Extension

Engineering brief.

A precision-engineered foundation package for a 220 m² glazed rear extension. Working within conservation constraints, we set out 1.4 m deep mass-fill strip foundations to the structural engineer’s specification, with a continuous DPC tray and engineered cold-bridge detail at the threshold. Excavation was laser-guided to ±3 mm across the 18 m run, with arisings screened and reused on site to reduce removal by 62%.
