Mass-fill, trench-fill, raft and piled-cap foundations designed with your structural engineer. Pours are scheduled to weather windows and coordinated with the project’s assigned certifier.
Reinforced ground-bearing slabs and oversite concrete with DPC trays, insulation cold-bridge detailing and power-floated finishes for fully bonded floor build-ups.
Foul, surface water and utility runs from specification to as-built. SuDS-compliant soakaways, packaged treatment plants, attenuation crates and shared service trenches for power, fibre and EV.
Below-DPC brickwork, block-and-beam pre-bed, and driveway / patio sub-bases laid to crossfall on permeable Type 3 with hidden drainage where the design calls for it.
