Three phases.
One standard.
A residential groundworks programme is only as accurate as the moment before each pour. We sequence the work so every phase locks the next into tolerance.

Excavation
Laser-set strip and trench excavation tolerated to ±3 mm. Arisings screened and reused on-site wherever ground conditions allow.

Drainage
Foul, surface water and utility runs laid to gradient on engineered bedding — SuDS-compliant, as-built drawings on handover.
- 03
Foundations
Mass-fill, trench-fill or reinforced raft — designed with your structural engineer and coordinated with the assigned certifier.
