Ballymore Terrace & Oversite

Engineering brief.

A 95 m² reinforced oversite slab supporting a porcelain terrace with concealed slot drainage. The slab was poured in a single visit with a power-floated finish, falls set to a continuous 6 mm slot drain discharging to a rainwater harvesting tank. Porcelain laid on a fully bonded pedestal-free build-up for absolute flatness underfoot.
