Kilruddery Plot Preparation

Engineering brief.

A 1.8 m cut-and-fill across a sloping 0.4 acre plot, creating a level platform for a contemporary self-build. Topsoil was stripped and stockpiled for reuse, with a 600 mm engineered fill compacted in 150 mm layers and CBR tested at three locations. Retaining gabions formed the western boundary with integrated land drainage.
