Engineering brief.
A complete below-ground drainage package: 110 mm foul to a packaged treatment plant, 160 mm surface water to a soakaway sized to BRE Digest 365, plus ducting for power, fibre and EV charging. All runs laid to gradient on pea-shingle bedding, with rodding eyes at every change of direction and as-built drawings issued on completion.
